Kamakodi, Managing Director and CEO of City Union Bank has introduced the facility of using voice biometrics for mobile banking service.
The facility was developed by a start-up company called Keison Secure Voice Pvt. With this, City Union Bank customers will be protected from fraudsters and rural customers will also be able to do their banking easily.

Union Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister Parshotham Rubala launched the ‘Animal Health System Support for One Health (AHSSOH)’ program under the ‘Animal Health System Support for One Health (AHSSOH)’ funded by the ‘Animal Epidemic Preparedness Initiative (APPI)’.
The project also aims to develop 75 district and regional laboratories, develop three hundred veterinary hospitals and dispensaries, train nine thousand sub-veterinarians and diagnosticians and five thousand 500 veterinary specialists.

According to this scheme, an e-book application is placed on the laptop computer on the member’s desk.Through this, the members who ask questions and the photos of the members who answer can now be viewed electronically.

Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Roy has announced that the government will come up with a 16-point ‘Summer Action Plan’ to tackle the pollution problem in the national capital.
A department will be designated as a nodal agency to work at each focal point. The scheme also covers dust pollution, industrial pollution and solid waste management.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Pushkar Singh Thami launched the ‘A-HELP’ (Accredited Agency for Health and Animal Production Extension) program in Uttarakhand.
This scheme helps in preventing various infectious diseases and artificial insemination of animals.

Film and television actress Uttara Baokar passed away in Pune on April 11, 2023. Baokar was suffering from ill health since last year, passed away in hospital.
Baokar studied acting at the National School of Drama, played various roles in plays like ‘Padmavati’ in ‘Mukihamandri’, ‘Mena’ in ‘Mena Gurjari’ and ‘Desdemona’ in Shakespeare’s ‘Othello’.
