RPA Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term automation project with a base automation product.
Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with the Solutions Team, Creates a detailed work plan (project plan) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the Automation, Determines and plans for the pre-requisites (access, ids source application requirements, etc.), Reviews the project schedule with senior management and all other stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
Technical Lead
- The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
- Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team
- Support the team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve all client queries
Project Manager
- The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery
- Deploy optimum project delivery structure post-transition/ migration phase by evaluating the budget, costs, risks, and staffing requirement
- Create quarterly project charter with well-defined weekly project trajectory as per the project specifications & requirements and ensure 100% adherence in terms of schedule, quality, efforts, and costs
- Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLAs, information security protocols, etc (all customer’s contractual obligations)
