- Drive Revenue on Replacement straps and parts
- Driving STR WDC20%,NPS and UID capturing, pending within CORT policy
- Organizing service Camp to drive walk ins to service center
- Monitoring delivery commitment TAT.
- Managing one or more Service center with same location/Franchisee
- Maintain Repair standard as per SQA (Serqual Audit format)
- Ensuring performance of WE & SR
