Key Responsibilities/Skills Include:

• Basic knowledge of General Insurance products and understanding of terminology and concepts related to the process – specifically on Commercial Underwriting and policy servicing
• Preferred P&C Insurance & intermediary knowledge and understanding of underwriting
• Able to make judgmental decisions basis process nature and requirements within parameters of Standard Work/SOPs
• External certification in P&C Domain (preference, not a mandate)
• Able to comprehend/interpret written requests to take necessary actions on customer accounts
• With a high sense of urgency and to work according to the policy/procedure/processes/methodology and define KPIs and objectives
• Experience in MS office is a must (MS Excel / PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to comprehend correspondences/communications and carry out instructions appropriately
• Act with integrity, tact, and diplomacy
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good time management skills and flexibility within the role.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple activities simultaneously
