SBI Card Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have completed Graduation from recognized University.
- Applicant required to have 1-3 years of experience is customer service industry or in relevant field such as complaints handling, Process improvement, Customer relationship management ,

- Employee will be empowered to take prudent decisions on levels of authority to increase FCR and FTR Compliant with business policy, processes and procedures
