Ford India Pvt Ltd Job Openings 2022 Qualification:
The Applicants must have 3 to 5 years of work experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing of the wiring harness and/or other EESE commodity following program milestones from program start until ends for IMG (International Market Group) all markets, and maintain sustainable relationship with suppliers;
- Lead delivery of year-over-year TVM Target & drive for gap closure per Annual Gap process;
- Lead supplier payment and supply risk issues if any; Close monitor/build healthy supply base under VUCA environment;
- Represent IMG Purchasing point of view on global commodity strategy alignment;
- Drive for the localization and cost saving for the affected IMG markets to meet the market regulations;
- Support local Projects with Product Design team and support cross functional team per the needs;
- Handle PO/TO timely release for new parts/design change parts and TVM claims etc.
Technical Skills:
- Production Purchasing experience in Automotive industry;
- Adequate technical knowledge on Electrical commodities;
- Strategic thinking in supplier base management;
- Strong problem-solving and logic capabilities;
- Strong communication skills in English with cross
