பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் பயன்பாடு‘ குறித்த அறிக்கை

நிதி ஆயோக் “பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜனைப் பயன்படுத்துதல் – இந்தியாவில் ஆழ்ந்த கார்பன் நீக்கச் செயல்முறைக்கான வாய்ப்புகள்” என்ற தலைப்பில் ஒரு அறிக்கையை வெளியிட்டது,
இந்த அறிக்கையானது டெல்லியைச் சேர்ந்த ஆலோசனை வழங்கீட்டுக் குழுவான RMI இந்தியாவுடன் இணைந்து தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்தியாவில் உற்பத்தியை அதிகரிப்பதற்காக, பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் உற்பத்தி மீதான சரக்கு மற்றும் சேவை வரி மற்றும் சுங்க வரிகளைக் குறைக்க அல்லது அவற்றிற்கு விலக்கு அளிப்பதற்கு நிதி ஆயோக் பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளது.
பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் என்பது நீரியல் மின்னாற்பகுப்பு மூலம் உற்பத்தி செய்யப் படுகின்ற ஹைட்ரஜன் வாயு ஆகும்.
மின்னாற்பகுப்பு என்பது தண்ணீரை ஹைட்ரஜன் மற்றும் ஆக்ஸிஜனாகப் பிரிக்கும் ஆற்றல் மிகுந்த ஒரு செயல்முறையாகும்.
2050 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியாவில் ஹைட்ரஜன் தேவை நான்கு மடங்கு அதிகரிக்கும் என்றும் இது உலகளாவிய ஹைட்ரஜன் தேவையில் 10% என்றும் இந்த அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
2022 ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி மாதத்தில், பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் மற்றும் பசுமை அம்மோனியா கொள்கையை மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்தது,
இந்தக் கொள்கையானது 2030 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்குள் பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜனின் உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியை 5 மில்லியன் டன்களாக அதிகரிப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது,குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர நிறுவனங்களின் செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் துரிதப்படுத்துதல் திட்டம்

குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர நிறுவனங்களின் செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் துரிதப்படுத்துதல் என்ற திட்டத்தைப் பிரதமர் அவர்கள் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
மாநிலங்களில் குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர நிறுவனங்களின் (MSME) அமலாக்கத் திறன்
மற்றும் பரவலை அதிகரிப்பதை இந்தத் திட்டம் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது, மேலும், தற்போதுள்ள இதற்கானத் திட்டங்களை மேம்படுத்துவது மீதும் இது தாக்கத்தினை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது,
இது ஆத்ம நிர்பர் பாரத் அபியான் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்தினைப் பூர்த்தி செய்யும்.

நிதியியல் நடவடிக்கைப் பணிக்குழுவின் (FATF) தலைவராக சிங்கப்பூரைச் சேர்ந்த ராஜ குமார் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
நிதியியல் நடவடிக்கைப் பணிக்குழு என்பது பணமோசடித் தடுப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் ஒரு கண்காணிப்பு அமைப்பாகும்.
இவர் மார்கஸ் ப்ளேயருக்கு அடுத்தப் படியாக இந்தப் பதவியினை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு அடுத்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு இவர் இப்பதவியில் இருப்பார்.

சிறந்த நடிப்புத் திறனுக்கான விருதானது லாரா முல்லர் & ஸ்கெம்சி லாத் ஆகியோருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது.

வெளிநாட்டு ராணுவ கொள்முதல் 3 தனியார் வங்கிகளுக்கு ஒன்றிய அரசு ஒப்புதல்

இந்திய ராணுவத்துக்கு வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்து வாங்கப்படும் ஆயுதங்கள், ராணுவ தளவாடங்களுக்கு தேவையான நிதி, வங்கி உத்தரவாதம் போன்றவை தற்போது பொதுத்துறை வங்கிகள் மூலமாக மட்டுமே பரிமாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
இந்நிலையில், இதுபோன்ற கொள்முதலுக்கான கடன் உத்தரவாத கடிதம், நேரடி வங்கி பரிமாற்றங்களை செய்வதற்கு ஹெச்டிஎப்சி, ஐசிஐசிஐ மற்றும் ஆக்சிஸ் ஆகிய மூன்று தனியார் துறை வங்கிகளுக்கும் பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சகம் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது. இது தொடர்பான புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்தானது.
இந்த வங்கிகள் மூலமாக, முதல் கட்டமாக ரூ.2 ஆயிரம் கோடி வரையிலான வணிகம் செய்யப்பட உள்ளது. இவற்றின் செயல்பாடுகள் தொடர்ந்து கண்காணிக்கப்பட்டு, தேவைப்பட்டால் இந்த தொகையின் அளவு அதிகரிக்கப்படும் என்று பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

உலகளாவிய வாழ்வாதாரக் குறியீடு 2022ல் பெங்களூரு 146வது இடம்

ஐரோப்பியப் புலனாய்வுப் பிரிவு(EUI) சமீபத்தில் வாழ்வாதாரக் குறியீடு பட்டியல் 2022ஐ வெளியிட்டது. இதில் 173 நகரங்கள் அவற்றின் வாழ்வாதாரம் அல்லது வாழ்க்கை நிலைமைகளின் அடிப்படையில் தரவரிசைப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நிலைத்தன்மை, சுகாதாரம், கலாச்சாரம் மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல், கல்வி மற்றும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு ஆகிய ஐந்தையும் அடிப்படையாகக்கொண்டு இந்த வாழ்வாதார குறியீடு 2022 உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த பட்டியலில் 100க்கு 4 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் பெங்களூரு 146வது இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது.இதில் டெல்லி, மும்பை, சென்னை மற்றும் அகமதாபாத் ஆகிய நான்கு இந்திய நகரங்களும் மோசமான மதிப்புகளை பெற்று 140,141,142 மற்றும் 143 இடங்களை பிடித்துள்ளன.

‘Harnessing Green Hydrogen’ Report

The NITI Aayog published its report titled “Harnessing Green HydrogenOpportunities for Deep Decarbonisation in India”.This report has been prepared in collaboration with Delhi-based think tank RMI India. NITI Aayog has recommended to reduce or exempt the GST & Custom duties on production of green hydrogen, in order to boost the production in India.Green hydrogen is hydrogen gas, which is produced through electrolysis of water.Electrolysis is an energy intensive process to split water into hydrogen and oxygen.As per this report, Hydrogen demand in India will grow over four-times by 2050,accounting for 10% of global hydrogen demand. *In February 2022, Central government has notified the green hydrogen and green Raising & Accelerating MSME Performance scheme •The Prime Minister inaugurated the ‘Raising and Accelerating MSME The scheme aims to scale up the implementation capacity and coverage of Medium Small and Micro Enterprises (MSME) in the states. • Also, it impacts enhancement of existing MSME schemes.

It will complement the Atma Nirbar Bharat Abhiyan.
He also inaugurated the’Capacity Building of First-Time MSME Exporters scheme and o New features of the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program

Indian captain Jasprit Bumrah got 35 runs to create a world record for maximum runs off a single over in Test cricket. He hit 29 runs and 6 runs added as extras in the over of Stuart Broad of England.

Thus, he breaks the West Indies Brian Lara’s feat by one run.
Lara hit South African Robin Peterson for 28 runs in a Test match in 2003-04.Former Australian player George Bailey had also scored 28.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson resigns

The political crisis for Boris Johnson started after the complaint that party programs were held in the Prime Minister’s office in violation of the laws of the Corona era, known as the ‘Party Gate’ scandal in Britain.
Although he publicly apologized for breaking the rules and participating in the party, there was opposition within the Conservative Party to his continued tenure. Subsequently, the no-confidence motion brought against him by the ruling party last month failed and his prime ministership was saved. Out of a total of 359 MPs, 211 voted in favor of Johnson.
In this case, the M.P. who is the subject of the sexual complaint. The issue of Johnson’s appointment of Chris Fincher as deputy chief whip of the party despite knowing about it erupted as the next issue.
Chris Fincher resigned last week after acknowledging the sexual harassment allegations against him. Johnson said that it was wrong to appoint him as Deputy Chief Whip. The Prime Minister’s change of position on Chris Fincher’s appointment caused discontent within the party.
Following this, Finance Minister Rishi Sunak, Health Minister Sajid Javid and Education Minister Will Quince resigned one after the other. Johnson replaced Rishi Sunaku as finance minister with former Iraqi refugee affairs minister Nadeem Zahavi.
However, more than 50 government officials, including 27 Cabinet Ministers, 22 Cabinet Ministers, and Parliamentary Private
Secretaries, announced that they would resign. After losing the confidence of the party, Boris Johnson announced his resignation.

Union Govt approves 3 private banks for foreign military procurement

Arms purchased for the Indian Army from abroad, funds required for military equipment, bank guarantees etc. are currently transferred only through public sector banks.
In this context, the Ministry of Defense has allowed three private sector banks, HDFC, ICICI and Axis, to carry out letter of credit guarantee and direct bank transfers for such purchases. MoUs were signed in this regard.
Through these banks, business up to Rs 2000 crore is to be done in the first phase. The Ministry of Defense said that the activities of these will be continuously monitored and if necessary, the amount will be increased.
