புதிய குடியரசுத் தலைவராக திரௌபதி முர்மு திங்கள்கிழமை (ஜூலை 25) பதவி யேற்கிறார்.
நாடாளுமன்ற மைய மண்டபத்தில் பதவியேற்பு நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெறவுள்ளது. திரௌபதி முர்முவுக்கு உச்சநீதிமன்ற தலைமை நீதிபதி என். வி.ரமணா பத விப்பிரமாணம் செய்து வைப்பார்.
அதைத் தொடர்ந்து 21 குண்டுகள் முழங்க புதிய குடியரசுத் தலைவருக்கு மரியாதை அளிக்கப்படும்.

சீனா சொந்தமாக நிறுவி வரும் தியாங்காங் விண்வெளி நிலையத்தில் இணைப்பதற்கான முதல் ஆய்வகக் கலத்தை அந்த நாடு வெற்றிகரமாக ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை விண்ணில் செலுத்தியது. |
‘வென்டியன்‘ என்ற பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ள அந்த ஆய்வுக் கலம் பிரம்மாண்டமான லாங் மார்ச்-5பி ஒய்3 ராக்கெட் மூலம் விண்ணில் செலுத்தப் பட்டது.
தியாங்காங் விண்வெளி நிலையத்தின் மையக் கலமான தியான்ஹேவுக்கு இடர்கால மாற் மாகவும் மற்ற நேரங்களில் சக்திவாய்ந்த ஆய்வக மாகவும் வென்டியன் செயல்படும் என்று அதிகாரி கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
கடந்த ஆண்டு ஏப்ரலில் தியான்ஹே மையக்கலமான முதல் முதன் முறையாக விண்ணில் செலுத்தப் பட்டநிலையில், தியாங்காங் விண்வெளி நிலையம் இந்த ஆண்டு இறுதிக்குள் செயல்படத் தொடங்கும்.

நீரஜ் சோப்ராவிற்கு வரலாற்று வெற்றி

உலக சாம்பியன் ஷிப்பில் இந்தியா வுக்குக் கிடைத்துள்ள முதல் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் இது.

நீரஜ் சோப்ராவின் பதக் கத்தால், நடப்பு உலக சாம்பியன்ஷிப்பின் பதக்கப் பட்டியலில் இணைந்த இந்தியா, 1 வெள்ளியுடன் 28ஆவது இடத்தில் இருக்கிறது.
இந்த ஆண்டு போட்டியில் இந்தியா வுக்கு 1 பதக்கம் கிடைத்த துடன், 5 பேர் இறுதிச் சுற்றுக்கு முன்னேறியிருந்தனர்.

Draupadi Murmu will take oath as the new President today

Draupadi Murmu will be sworn in as the new President on Monday (July 25).
The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Central Hall of the Parliament. Draupadi Murmu Chief Justice N. V. Ramana Pada will do Vipramanam.

Science and Technology.China has sent a laboratory cell to its own space station

China successfully launched the first lab cell to dock at its own Tiangong space station on Sunday.
Named ‘Vendian’, the probe was launched by a giant Long March-5B Y3 rocket.
Officials said Wentian will serve as a temporary replacement for Tianhe, the Tiangong space station’s core cell, and at other times as a powerful laboratory.

• This is India’s first silver medal at the World Championships

• By winning this medal, Neeraj Chopra became the 2nd Indian (first Anju Bobby George) and the first Indian man to win a medal at the event.

• With this Friday, Neeraj Chopra’s tally of medals in various competitions has increased to 8.
